Postpartum Mom & Baby Care

Postpartum Care for Mothers and Babies in the First Weeks After Birth
A woman's life changes significantly after giving birth. Modern mothers are more concerned than ever about their health and beauty during confinement.
A woman's body undergoes major changes after giving birth, and newborns must adapt to life outside the womb. Proper care ensures a quick return to normalcy for both mother and baby. Postpartum care in the first week must meet certain essential requirements.
Motherhood is the happiest yet most challenging time for women, filled with fatigue, hardship, and sacrifice. To help mothers stay radiant, confident, and happy with their little angels, Nounou has developed a comprehensive postpartum care regimen to support both mother and baby throughout the pre- and postnatal journey.
Understanding the Benefits of Postpartum Mother and Baby Care
According to traditional beliefs, women should rest for at least three months after giving birth. During this period, mothers are advised to avoid strenuous activities, bathe their babies, stay indoors, and limit interactions with others. Improper confinement can lead to health issues such as back pain, fatigue, headaches, joint aches, declining health, and emotional instability.
Today, postpartum practices are shorter yet scientifically informed, offering high effectiveness. From a health perspective, women need at least 4-6 weeks to recover fully after giving birth.
Faced with a lack of experience and time, modern mothers often turn to in-home postpartum care services. These services provide professional assistance with recovery massages for mothers and bathing care for babies.
